NOTES FOR SUNDAY TEAM MEMBERS
1.EMAIL If the office has your email address and you have not told us otherwise, we will assume that you are happy to receive your Sunday Sheet by email.
2.UNAVAILABLE? If you know you are not going to be available on your Team Sunday please try to remember to email or phone in the the Church Office by the end of the month before your Team comes on duty. If you have to drop out at the last minute, please contact one of your Team Leaders, as well as the Church Office.
3.RESERVES The design of the Sheets has changed slightly to make things clearer. Where there are more volunteers than we need on a particular Sunday, spare volunteers’ names will appear in the RESERVES column on the right of the sheet. If you see your name in that column that doesn’t mean we are expecting you cancel that luxury holiday in the Bahamas! It just means you might possibly be roped in to plug a gap, if you happen to be around that sunday.
